Reservation and Payment

From today to the day of stay, more than 3 months

Once the reservation is submitted, the hotel will confirm the reservation and availability and send you a link to pay 15% of the room cost.
The reservation is considered complete when 15% of the total cost has been paid.

We will send you a payment link for the remaining 85% of the room charge approximately 3 months prior to your stay. Please make payment by the date indicated in the e-mail.

From today to the day of stay, within 3 months

Once the reservation is submitted, the hotel will check the reservation and availability and send you a link to make payment for 100% of the room cost.

This payment is considered the completion of the reservation.

Booking and payment notes

If payment is not received by the due date indicated in the e-mail, your order will be automatically cancelled.
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after the accommodation fee has been paid. However, if you contact us directly by e-mail, etc., and we determine that the circumstances are unavoidable, we will respond with a refund on a case-by-case basis.
If a stay is cancelled by our company (More Resort) for any reason, a full refund will be given.
