The Shinshu More Resort Keyaki no Ki and Nire no Ki is a snow resort hotel surrounded by representative ski resorts of Hakuba, such as the Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort and Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort.
Access to each ski resort is available from the bus stop in front of the hotel, and a round-trip shuttle bus service to and from Hakuba 47 and Winter Sports Park is also available from our hotel.
Ski passes are also available for purchase at the front desk, so please feel free to use them.

Once the reservation is submitted, the hotel will confirm the reservation and availability and send you a link to pay 15% of the room cost.
The reservation is considered complete when 15% of the total cost has been paid.
We will send you a payment link for the remaining 85% of the room charge approximately 3 months prior to your stay. Please make payment by the date indicated in the e-mail.
Once the reservation is submitted, the hotel will check the reservation and availability and send you a link to make payment for 100% of the room cost.
This payment is considered the completion of the reservation.
